Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched by contacting us at chhatiskingmasala@gmail.com or +91 70164 71263. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Returns & Refunds
As our products are food items, we are unable to accept returns for reasons of hygiene and safety once the seal is opened. However, we stand behind the quality of every product.
Damaged, Defective or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the product. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund.
Refund Timeline
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Cash on Delivery orders are refunded via UPI or bank transfer.
