Storing Spices Right
Spice Guide

Great spices lose their magic if stored badly. A few simple habits keep them fresh and fragrant.
The Golden Rules
- Airtight & opaque: keep spices in sealed tins or jars away from light.
- Cool & dry: store away from the stove, oven heat and any moisture.
- Dry spoon only: never dip a wet spoon — moisture spoils aroma and invites clumping.
- Buy sensibly: ground spices are at their best within a few months, so buy sizes you’ll actually use.
Our premium airtight tins are designed to lock in freshness — reseal tightly after every use.
